Route, price and method changes, newest first. Prices change rarely, and every change is announced here first.
- Hospital prices (Colorado): hospital.prices ($0.02) answers one CPT, HCPCS or MS-DRG code near a ZIP code or point, per hospital: gross, discounted cash, de-identified min/max and every payer and plan’s negotiated dollar or percentage with the median, 10th and 90th percentile allowed amounts; hospital.compare ($0.02) compares up to 10 named hospitals; hospital.payers ($0.02) groups an area’s prices by canonical payer; hospital.changes ($0.05 a page) is the weekly change feed. Each has 3 free calls a day per IP for the vertical, capped at 3 rows, with the header Distill-Free-Tier: use.
- Every hospital answer cites the hospital’s machine-readable file by URL and sha256, and the CMS HCPCS Level II or MS-DRG file when it gives a description. CPT codes are served without their AMA descriptors.
- Sales tax: tax.sales_rate ($0.005) answers the rate at a ZIP+4, ZIP or street address in the 24 Streamlined Sales Tax states, from the states’ own rate and boundary files; tax.sales_rate_batch ($0.10) answers up to 100 locations; tax.changes ($0.05 a page) is the quarterly change feed. Each has 3 free calls a day per IP, capped at 3 rows, with the header Distill-Free-Tier: use.
- The gateway, with three demo routes on the CDP x402 facilitator fee schedule: demo.fee_schedule (free), demo.fee_share ($0.005) and demo.fee_table (upto $0.025, charged $0.005 per price).
